Terms and Conditions of Contract

Responsibilities

• The tenant is obliged to keep the property in a clean and hygienic condition, with the care described below: 

• Conservation of sanitary appliances and crockery, lighting, as well as other accessories, such as the bathroom sink countertop, the stove island countertop, as well as the kitchen sink countertop, not using sharp objects on it. 
   

Deadline

It is hereby established between the parties that this lease is for a temporary period, under the terms of article 48 et seq. of Law 8.245/91. 

The contracting parties hereby agree to rent the property described above, for seasonal rental, for the period chosen from the site itself, with check-in after 2pm and check-out by 11am. Daily rates are calculated by nights spent.
