Here you will find answers to the most common questions about our services, policies and facilities.

Will it only be available on weekends?We have reservations for weekdays too. On weekends it sells out more easily.

What do I not need to take to Cabanas Petrô?You don't need to bring towels, bed linen or kitchen utensils as we provide everything for you to have an incredible stay.

Do you offer alcoholic drinks?You can take yours. But if you forget, you can rest assured. We have a tasting menu so you don't miss anything at Petrô.

Are they pet friendly?Yes, there will only be an increase of R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) per day, per pet, for the cleaning fee.

How easy is it to get to the cabins?The cabins are located on a family farm, with access from the Rio x Petrópolis road. It's easy to get there by motorcycle, car, Uber or even bus, as there's a bus stop in front of the site's gate.

Do we need to bring towels, blankets and pillows?With guests' comfort in mind, we offer towels, bathrobes, bed linen and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, bath salts and bubble bath).

Which meal is included in the accommodation?Breakfast included. You can choose between: Set table (Petrô Madeira only), picnic or floating basket in the pool or SPA.

How many people can the cabins hold?The PETRÔ MADEIRA Cabin sleeps up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed + a sofa bed. The prices shown are for 2 people. For more people, R$400.00 per person per day will be added. Children up to 3 years old are free of charge. Children from 3 to 10 years old pay R$200.00/person per day. The VITRÔ cabin sleeps up to 2 adults, as we offer 1 double bed. If you need to add 1 or 2 children, the extra charge is the same as for the Petrô Madeira Cabin, but we don't provide extra beds. It is up to the renter to bring a mattress.

Can I bring my own food to prepare in the huts or do I have to hire meals?Both cabins have a full kitchen, complete with household utensils and kitchen appliances. We also have a barbecue. If you are interested in hiring meals, this is also possible.

Is the pool heated?The swimming pool at Cabana Petrô Madeira is not heated, as the water is natural and comes straight from the spring. The spa at Cabana Vitrô is air-conditioned.

What is the cancellation and refund policy like?We always ask for 15 days' notice of cancellation or change of date. If the guest is unable to give notice within this period, the following cancellation methods will apply: FOR BOOKINGS VIA PIX: 20% refund of the deposit or 50% if the guest has already paid in full; FOR BOOKINGS VIA LINK: 40% refund of the total amount (excluding bank charges); Guests will be allowed to substitute their reservation for other interested parties. And payment will proceed as normal. If the guest fails to notify us within this period, the following modification methods will apply: FOR RESERVATIONS VIA PIX: 20% of the deposit will be deducted from the new date, or 40% if the guest has already paid in full; FOR BOOKINGS VIA LINK: 40% of the total amount (excluding bank charges) will be deducted on the new date.

Do I have to pay for a photo shoot during my stay?We have a partner photographer with promotional rates for guests. Follow the photographer's Instagram @thiagoalbuquerquefotografia and we'll be happy to share the results on our Instagram!

Do the cabins have Day Use?With the experience of our adventurers in mind, we rent our space by the whole area. For this reason, we offer Day Use for photo shoot events, which are only hired via WhatsApp, with the following times available: Showcase (Monday to Thursday) $700.0 - 1st Option: 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.; 2nd Option: 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

What meal options can be contracted?Pasta platter (make your own), pizzas in different flavors, cold cuts and sweet fondue.
